Sorry. if you sell resources and they are PENDING on the marketplace, they can be plundered just as if they were sitting in your city. You have to actually sell the resources and buy them back. Since they take 30 minutes to arrive to your city, you can receive them after a wave of attacks has cleared. OR you can be smart: ex. you? are getting hit in 5 mins. build like 6 minutes of wall defenses, then crank everything else into walls "pending" and cancel the pending walls after the attack ends.

hiya, and thnx :) however i would still keep gates open, because if the enemy hits you when your gates are closed, your going to lose your troops and especially reinforcements aswell, because your food would have been raided. So first thing your allies troops will automatically return, and your own will start dying and leaving of starvation. Its best to go down fighting, also dont forget the enemy can only send 100k at a time, so you can defend with 100k. If? you do it properly.

Storing res in the marketplace does not save them. Try it, you still lose? them. And i dont think you should be telling people to close their gates, but keep their embassy open... whats the point in that? reinforcements wont fight, and will simply return as soon as your hit, because you will have no food.

The worst thing to? spin is food. Speakers are useful if you are in management in an alliance and at least the plowshares increase the amount of food you produce. You can easily farm more than enough food to feed your troops and thus, food is the worst thing you can spin from an amulet.

Whats really interesting is the direction that they took in the game play in. Instead of making it a fast paced, graphic intensive strategy game were you micromanage forces as a commander or high ranked captain, your a political figure head that commands your commanders/generals instead. This slowed down game play allows you to use diplomacy, which is rare. I can't tell you how many rough spots it gotten? in/out of by negotiating other Alliances/players!

dude of course it doesnt have real soldiers,is a browser based game,you cant compare it with a game you? buy out of a box for 40 bucks or the ones that you install thats like comparing a bike to a car,you cant say this bike is crap cause it has no air conditioning or music player,bikes have different things to consider quality by,just like a browser game is different than like starcraft 2
