how I got mine was I attked lvl 1 and 2 lakes. Use heroes with Int. lvl 60+ and you should get a medal every 2-5 attacks, depending on your server also, and use about 200 archer for lvl 2 and 100 for lvl 1, just? to be safe

it is a quite good working way, but if you´re not so good yet, you can also farm valleys lvl 10 (15karchers and 15k warrior) or lvl 9 (10k archers and 10k warriors) this also? works well it is a wonderfull guide I'm realy gonne try it!
